Those that go searching for love only make manifest their own lovelessness, and the loveless never find love, only the loving find love, and they never have to seek for it.
One of my "quests" in life is to learn to *be* a "presence of love", even though feeling incapable of loving most of the time - *aware* of my own lovelessness, which leads me to fear that I will never succeed, not in being loved, but in loving well... Sadness arises with this thought... How can this be so.... Very moving post...
Wonderful, Ruth, and timely for me today. Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteThank YOU, George. I needed this one today too, but I didn't know it when I scheduled it yesterday.

ReplyDeleteIt's surely truer than we realize, Ruth...much truer! And as regards the image, I love how those 3 eggs are zig-zagging each other. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm going out now, not searching for love...
