calm and orderly


It is spring. I plan to try to control myself this year, to watch the progress of the season in a calm and orderly fashion. In spring I am prone to wretched excess.

  3. Great to see comments enabled on "Small." Since this is a relative quiet venue, and beautifully so, I will not comment of every post, but will chime in briefly from time to time. Like Robert, I'm delighted you're now reading Annie Dillard's work. I've always thought your would relate to much of it.
